Go to the Microsoft Store on your Xbox and search for the Twitch app and install it. Start the app and sign in with your Twitch account. Go https://www.twitch.tv/activate on using a browser on your smartphone or computer. Sign in to your account. Enter the 6-digit code that appears on the Twitch app on your Xbox. Click Activate and start watching or broadcasting content.
